A type of pancake that is eaten for breakfast in the United States and Canada.

It is usually eaten sweetened with maple syrup, jam, honey, or salted, with butter (to melt on the hot pancake), eggs, and bacon.


Allergens: Lactose-syrup-egg-gluten free

🚩Ingredients : 

for 04 to 08 person 

✔️250g Flour

✔️30cl milk (semi-skimmed)

✔️20g Sugar

✔️1sachet Baking Yeast

✔️3 Eggs

✔️40g Butter

✔️1 pinch Salt

🚩Instructions :

                         Quick Pancake 

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add the milk and mix well. Incorporate the eggs and mix again.
2. Melt the butter in the microwave at low power, or in a bain-marie.
3. Pour it over the pancake dough and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
4. Butter a non-stick frying pan and place it over high heat. When hot, pour a small ladle of pancake batter into the pancake batter. 
5. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
