Banana bread topped walnuts

I had 3 over-ripe bananas left in the fruit bowl, I transformed them into an excellent banana loaf to which I wanted to add chocolate chips. The house was quickly embalmed and the whole family was seduced! #Banana cake

🚩Ingredients :

for 08 to 10 person

✔️3 ripe bananas peeled and crushed

✔️100 g soft butter

✔️175 g powdered sugar

✔️2 large eggs

✔️225 g cake flour (the one with yeast added)

✔️1 c to c of baking powder

✔️1 tablespoon of milk

✔️100 g chocolate chips

🚩Instructions :

                         Quick Pancake

1.Preheat the furnace to 180°C. Butter a cake tin (large enough) and line it with baking paper (not necessary if your tin is made of silicone).

2. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl or the bowl of a food processor and mix with an electric mixer until the dough is homogeneous. Add the chocolate chips and mix them with a Maryse or wooden spoon.#Banana cake

3. Pour into the cake pan and smooth the surface. Put in the oven for about 1 hour. The cake should be well puffed and golden. To know if it is cooked, a thin blade planted in the cake must come out dry. Let it cool before unmoulding and enjoy it cut into slices.#Banana cake

⚜️For those who know how to cook the American way, the more precise measurements are 1 3/4 cups of flour, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1 cup of mashed bananas, and 1/3 cup of butter. (A cup is about the size of a 250 ml glass).#Banana cake

    Enjoy it...Bon appetit
