Carbonara

  Carbonara linguini pasta, carbonara is an Italian pasta recipe based on eggs, bacon, and cheese.

Example: Carbonara sauce is usually associated with long and thin spaghetti-type pasta.

šŸš©Ingredients : 

for 04 to 08 person 

500 g of pasta

50 cl of fresh cream

3 egg yolks

1 pinch of salt

Pepper

250 g of bacon "according to preference".

1 onion

100 parmesan cheese

šŸš©Instructions :

                            Quick Pasta

1.Cook the pasta in a large volume of boiling salted water.

2. Mince the onions and fry them in a pan. As soon as they are golden brown, add the bacon.

3. Prepare in a salad bowl the fresh cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and mix.

4. Remove the bacon from the heat as soon as it is golden brown and add it to the cream.

5. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and add the cream. 

6. Return to the heat if the dish has cooled.

7. Serve and bon appƩtit!

    You can also garnish your dish with mushrooms.
