Classic Crème Brûlée

The sensation of pure happiness that one feels when one breaks the caramelized and crispy top of a crème brûlée to dip the spoon into a thick and creamy cream is unbeatable. The rich, silky texture of this classic recipe is due to the thick crème fraîche.

          🚩Ingredients : 

       for 04 to 06 person 

      ✔️6 egg yolks
      ✔️40 cl of liquid cream
      ✔️25 cl of milk
      ✔️200 g of sugar


      🚩Instructions :

      1. Boil the milk, add the cream and sugar off the heat. Add the egg yolks,
         heat gently (do not boil), then pour into small individual dishes.
     2. Put in the oven in a bain-marie and let cook slowly at 180°C for about
         50 minutes.
     3. Let cool then put brown sugar on top and burn it with a small 
         kitchen blowtorch.

      🚩 Tips :

                     Tips and Tricks

     ✔️Of course, only burn your creams when serving. If you do it in advance,
           the cream will lose all its crunchiness.
     ✔️ Do not hesitate to flavor your creams with orange blossoms for example.

      ✔️Quality vanilla extract will make all the difference in this recipe.
