⚜️How do I make a cupcake recipe? Easy! Here are my recipes and tips to make your chocolate, fruit, or prestige cupcakes for events!

🚩Ingredients : 

for 02 to 06 person 

✔️2 eggs
✔️100 grams of sugar
✔️1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or 1/2 teaspoon of liquid vanilla)
✔️100 gr of butter
✔️120 gr of flour
✔️1/2 sachet of baking powder
✔️1 pinch of salt
✔️Chocolate hazelnut spread for decoration

🚩Instructions :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. Beat the eggs, the sugar, and the vanilla sugar until they whiten, add the melted butter and the pinch of salt.
3. Sift the flour and the yeast then incorporates it into the mixture.
4. Put the dough in cupcake molds using a piping bag or simply with a spoon.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
7. Put the chocolate spread in an open Wilton star tip pocket or other according to your choice and place on top of the cupcakes.

⚜️How do I make a cupcake frosting?

*You can choose from two types of frosting:

 ✔️chocolate for a gourmet icing (white, milk, dark, caramel...). To make it, take 200g of chocolate and 100g of fresh cream that you heat in a bain-marie for a homogeneous mixture. Small advice: let it cool a little before spreading it.
✔️with sugar for a more chic icing: whisk 2 egg whites in a large bowl, gradually incorporating 400g of powdered sugar until you obtain smooth and shiny egg whites. Add a drizzle of lemon juice and a quick coat!

⚜️How to make a ganache?

*You will need three ingredients: milk, cream, and chocolate.

✔️Place 250 ml of liquid cream in the refrigerator.
✔️Put 170 g of chocolate in a large bowl.
✔️Heat 250 ml of milk in a saucepan and add it little by little to the chocolate.
✔️Mix and let cool. Set aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
✔️Make whipped cream with the cream using an electric mixer and add it to the chocolate milk.
✔️Your ganache is ready!

⚜️How to decorate a cupcake?

*There are many ways to decorate a cupcake:
✔️with frosting;
✔️ by adding chocolate cream, mascarpone cream, whipped cream, or fruit coulis;
✔️by sprinkling it with different toppings: fruit, chocolate chips, sprinkles, sugar balls...
✔️For the creams, think of equipping yourself with a piping bag, it is easier and guarantees you a very nice rendering! 

⚜️How do you stuff a cupcake?

✔️You can add a filling to your cupcake before baking: start by putting some batter in the pan, then insert your filling (a square of chocolate for example) and finish filling your pan.

*You can also fill your cupcake after baking:
✔️by cutting around with a melon baller into your cupcake. Insert the filling (spread, jam...). Then replace the removed cake ball and add your topping!
✔️ or simply by using a piping bag filled with your filling that you delicately plant as soon as it comes out of the oven.

✔️For the topping or icing of the cupcakes, you can put a white chocolate ganache or salted butterscotch whipped cream or even muslin cream, it's up to you, just add the coloring according to your choice and your preferred design and also the event you're prepared this cupcake for you can play with the food coloring to get the same color theme.
