THE MOST HEALTHY SOUP...lentil soup!!!

I recommend to take as a main course from time to time lentil soup with curry and vegetables, this soup is composed of several elements for example you can choose any kind of lentil (red, green, yellow...) mixed with carrots, potatoes...ext., and also to improve the taste you add aromatic herbs and fresh coriander, etc. and especially don't forget the Chapati bread.

🚩Ingredients : 

for 04 to 08 person 

✔️2 cloves of garlic

✔️1 onion

✔️2 teaspoons of curry powder

✔️2 carrots

✔️1 big potato

✔️1 big box of lenses (any color!)

✔️50 cl of coconut milk

✔️Coriander leaves



🚩Instructions :

                            Quick Soup

1.Fry the minced garlic and onion with olive oil in a frying pan (over low heat, which will be maintained this way throughout the cooking).

2. Sprinkle with curry and mix well.

3. Add the carrots previously cut into small cubes and pour a little water over the preparation.

Simmer until the carrots are tender and the liquid is absorbed.

4. Add the lentils after rinsing them and immediately pour the coconut milk.

Put the lid on and leave on low heat for a few minutes.

5. Add salt, pepper, and coriander just before serving (to make it pretty!).
