Pad Thai: The most emblematic of Thai recipes

✔️However, it's quite funny because the Pad Thai recipe is not at all part of the great Thai culinary tradition. Thai cuisine and Thai recipes are curries like a chicken with red curry and coconut milk or chicken with green Thai curry, dishes based on chili paste (namh prik) like beef sautéed with Thai basil. And above all, the center of Thai cuisine is rice (as in the famous Thai chicken stir-fry rice)! And there we find ourselves with noodles... ⚜️Here is the pad thai recipe (All in the kitchen) 

🚩Ingredients : 

for 06 to 10 person 

✔️400g of dry rice noodles Tien Shan

✔️3 chicken cutlets cut into thin strips

✔️200g of shrimps already cooked and peeled

✔️200g bean sprouts

✔️50g crushed peanuts

✔️3 eggs

✔️5 green onions

✔️3 cloves of garlic

✔️2 tablespoons ginger

✔️6 chiseled coriander sprigs

✔️6 tablespoons soy sauce

✔️4 tablespoons nuoc mam sauce

✔️3 tablespoons of oil

✔️1/2 minced chili pepper

✔️4 teaspoons of sugar

🚩Instructions :

1. mince the onions and part of their stalks, peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, chili pepper, sugar, and nuoc-nâm. Beat the eggs in another bowl.

2. Heat the oil in a wok (or large frying pan), add the garlic and ginger and mix.

3. Add the chicken (stir-fry for 3 minutes) then the eggs (until scrambled), stir and set aside.

3. prepare your noodles and add them to the wok with the onions, bean sprouts, and shrimp. Pour the bowl of sauce and mix.

4. Sprinkle with coriander and peanuts before serving.

✔️Sprinkle with roasted chopped peanuts, if desired.

✔️Replace chicken with shrimp, if desired
