  ⚜️The perfect cake to make when you’re pinched for time
     I sure do! A cake that’s moist, tender, and incredibly delicious, while at the 
     same time being one-bowl, no mixer, and just-a-few-minutes-to-
     throw-together is exactly what I need at this time of the year.
     Easy to make, discover this tasty recipe of almond cake (or muffins). 
     Served as a dessert or as a snack, accompanied by a fruit salad, for example,
     this cake will be perfect!
   ⚜️what to use to prepare Sable cookies 

    🚩Ingredients :

✔️60 g almond powder
✔️60 g chocolate vermicelli mix color
✔️60 g plain yogurt 
✔️100 g of sugar
✔️3 large eggs
✔️200g flour
✔️1 sachet of baking powder
✔️50 g corn oil
✔️butter for the mold
✔️a few drops of bitter almond extract(if needed)

🚩Instructions :

1. Preheat the furnace to th.7 (210°C). Mix almond powder and sugar. Then add the     eggs and beat 3 to 5 minutes with a whisk until the mixture becomes frothy.

2. Then add the flour and baking powder, mix well, then add the oil and 
    mix again. In the end, add a few drops of bitter almond extract if needed.


3. Butter and flour a missed mold. Then pour your cake dough. Bake for 35 min. To        check the baking of your cake, stick the tip of a sharp knife in the center 
    of the cake. If the blade comes out intact, your cake is cooked.


4. When your cake is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool to
    room temperature.
