⚜️what to use to prepare Sable cookies 

🚩Ingredients :

✔️ 250 g all propose flour 
✔️ 125 g butter
✔️ 80 g vermicelli chocolate mix color
✔️ pinch of salt
✔️ 1 bag of vanilla 
✔️ 60 g almond powder
✔️ 01 pc of egg
✔️ 80 g icing sugar

🚩Instructions :

1. Break the eggs into a salad bowl, add the butter a pinch of salt, sugar, 

   and vanilla sugar. Blend with a whisk until they turn white.

2. Add the flour, then mix with your fingers to obtain sand.

3. Strike the dough by throwing it from one hand to the other until you get

    a regular ball. If the dough seems too greasy and soft, add a little flour.

4. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for one hour.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

5. Spread flour on the table and on the rolling pin, then roll out the dough

     to a thickness of 5 millimeters.

6. Die-cut the shapes of the baby's objects you wish to have

7. Place these shapes on a buttered or greaseproof metal sheet.

8. Bake in the oven for 20 min.

🚩Ingredients :

✔️ 200 g almond & sugar paste 
✔️ 50 g corn starch 
✔️ 02 g of color powder up to your choice
✔️ 02 g of CMC powder 
✔️ 02 g of gold color powder for the design 
✔️ The same cookie-cutter has been used for sable used for almond paste

🚩Instructions :

1. mix the almond & sugar paste dough with the color for me I choose the pink 
   until you get a nice baby pink color
2.  Spread corn starch on the table and on the rolling pin, then roll out the 
     almond and sugar dough to a thickness of 5 millimeters.
3. use the same cookie-cutter has been used for sable used for almond paste
4. place the shape of almond paste on top of the piece of cookie and paste
using glow wish is the CMC powder mixed with water.

🚩 Tips :

✔️ Choose fresh butter, made with organic milk and from local farms.
✔️ Space the cookies well apart because they will spread when baking.
