   Preparation                       Cooking                        Portion(s)

  10 minutes                         45 minutes                  08 servings

đŸš©Ingredients :

  ✔️ 2 cups of lentils
  ✔️ 250 g onions
  ✔️ 2 l water
  ✔️4 tbsp. soy sauce
  ✔️3 tbsp. parsley
  ✔️1 tbsp. olive oil
  ✔️croutons (or toasted bread slices)
  ✔️freshly ground pepper

đŸš©Instructions :

1-Peel the onions, chop them finely, then sauté them in a casserole dish or large saucepan with olive oil.

2-Rinse the lentils well under clear water, drain them, and add them to the pot. Unlike chickpeas, lentils do not need to be soaked in water before cooking. Cover with water, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes.
